Slam the Dam Run

The Slam the Dam 10K Run is a challenging point-to-point race held in Lake Lure, North Carolina. The course begins at Ingles Supermarket and concludes at Rumbling Bald Resort, featuring significant elevation changes that test participants' endurance. The event is open to runners aged 10 and older, and free shuttle transportation is provided from the finish line back to the start.
