Slate Run Trail Race : Slate Run, PA (June 6, 2026)
The event is the eighth annual Slate Run Trail Race held in Slate Run, Pennsylvania. Distances offered:

- Half Marathon
The race takes place in Tiadaghton State Forest and uses sections of the Black Forest Trail, including the Algerine Wild Area and Red Run. The route includes technical single track, stream crossings, and multiple vistas.
Course layout, cutoffs and registration
Both distances share the same trail for the first nine miles. At the Manor Fork camps the half marathon route follows a road to the final aid station and then to the finish; 25K runners continue on trail along the streambed and up Old Supply Trail. Runners must reach the mile 9 intersection at the Manor Fork cabins by 12 noon; after that time all participants will be directed onto the half marathon course. Half marathon runners must be through the Manor Camp intersection by 1 pm or will be removed from the course. Registration opens December 16, 2025 via UltraSignup. The event limits the field and has a stated May closing date for entries. There are no refunds, no deferrals, no race-entry switches, and no unregistered participants allowed.
