The Smith Rock Classic is a springtime trail running event held near Terrebonne, Oregon, at Skull Hollow, showcasing the stunning Smith Rock State Park and surrounding Crooked River Grasslands. It offers three race distances: 50 miles, 50K, and 10 miles. The courses feature rugged high desert terrain, basalt cliffs, and views of the Cascade mountain range.

The 50-mile race consists of two 25-mile loops with 7,500 feet of elevation gain, mostly on single-track trails. The 50K covers 4,500 feet of gain with challenging climbs like Misery Ridge. The 10-mile race includes a climb to Gray Butte summit with 2,200 feet of elevation change.
