SMWL Monster Mash 5k

The SMWL Monster Mash 5k is a scenic, flat race along the Indian Head Rail Trail in White Plains, Maryland. Benefiting the Southern Maryland Women’s League, the event features a chip-timed 5k run with participants receiving a finisher’s medal, technical event shirt, and series points. The race is open to all ages, with free registration for children under 7 and discounted rates for youth.
