About the race
Located at Sonder Brewing in Mason, Ohio, the Sonder & Friends Oktoberfest 5K offers a fun Run/Walk for all ages plus a Kids Root Beer Fun Run. The 5K takes place on a course around the brewery, set against an all-day Oktoberfest atmosphere with German beers from local breweries, festive food, live music, and family activities. Participants receive a free beer ticket (or root beer for kids) and a finisher medal.
Awards go to the top male and female finishers, the largest team, and best Oktoberfest costumes. Strollers are welcome and leashed dogs are allowed. Proceeds benefit the Greater Project, supporting vulnerable children. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
