About the race
The Garavel SoNo Half Marathon | 5K takes place in Norwalk, Connecticut, at Veterans Memorial Park and Marina in South Norwalk. Now in its 11th year, the event offers a Half Marathon, a 5K, student and kid-friendly options, plus a Kids Fun Run. Runners tackle a scenic course through historic South Norwalk, along coastlines, past tree-lined streets, and notable local landmarks.
Race day features a lively post-race party with refreshments, free beer (21+), pizza, ice cream, and goodies, plus swag including a high-quality performance shirt, multifunctional headwear, free race photos, and a finisher’s medal.
