South Metro SWAT 5k

The South Metro SWAT 5K and Fun Run is held annually at Legacy Park in Norman, Oklahoma. This event features a flat, fast 5K course suitable for both competitive runners and casual walkers, along with a 1-mile untimed Fun Run/Walk option. Participants can choose from several registration packages, some including a commemorative T-shirt and all receiving a South Metro SWAT poker chip.

The race supports the South Metro SWAT Team by funding uniforms, equipment, and training. Awards are given to first-place finishers in various age groups.
