South Texas Ultra

The South Texas Ultra takes place at H.W. Lewis Ranch in Leakey, Texas, in the Texas Hill Country. The event offers multiple distances: 50K, 35K, 17K, 17K RUCK, and 5K.

Runners encounter rugged trails of rocky, dirt, and grass ATV paths, with more than 2300 feet of elevation gain on the 50K and a 10.3-mile loop for the main distance. The course is fully marked and begins and ends on the ranch’s west side, delivering beautiful views and a memorable, trail-focused atmosphere. It’s a cupless race with refill stations; a ranch parking fee applies, and ruck options are available.
