Spook Out Homelessness

Spook Out Homelessness is a charity running and walking event in Waxahachie, Texas (400 S Grand Ave). It features a 5K run and a Fun Walk. The course itself isn’t described on the organizer’s page, but participants take part in costumes and/or masks, with a family-friendly atmosphere and pets welcome.

The event encourages team participation and peer-to-peer fundraising, with prizes for race winners, walk winners, and best costumes (human and pet). In addition to the races, a First Responder Cookoff offers Hamburger and Hot Dog plates.
