Spread the Love

The Spread the Love Annual 5K Run/Walk, hosted by the Soul Tea Foundation, takes place in Fort Worth, Texas, starting at the Woodshed Smokehouse. This family-friendly event features a certified 5K run/walk and a 1-mile fun run, designed to support the foundation’s mission of helping financially disadvantaged individuals thrive. Participants enjoy a lively atmosphere with live music, a kid zone, and signature Soul Tea cookies.

Registrants receive a free T-shirt and swag bag if they register before October 1, 2025.
