Spring Lake 5 Mile Run

The Spring Lake 5 Mile Run is a prominent running event taking place in Spring Lake, New Jersey, on May 23-24, 2025. Celebrating its 47th year, the race began in 1977 with just 500 participants and has since grown into one of the largest running events in the country.
