About the race
St. Mark's Paw Print Sprint 5k takes place at St. Mark's Cathedral School in Shreveport, LA.
The event includes a 5k, a Fun Run, and a Sideline Supporter option, inviting families to participate together. The course allows strollers at walk pace but prohibits dogs, inline skates, or running with strollers on the run course, per RRCA rules. After the race there is a Halloween-themed post‑party with Trunk‑or‑Treat, food trucks, inflatables, and music.
Prizes include $100 to the overall male and female 5k winners and $50 for second place, plus age‑group awards. Early registration includes a Paw Print Sprint shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
