Event overview
The Stars & Stripes 5K & FUN RUN takes place on January 17, 2026, in Allen, Texas at 190 E Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75002. The event is the inaugural edition and is scheduled during MLK weekend alongside the 2026 Warrior/ECHL All Star Classic. Distances offered:

Logistics and awards
Registration prices listed are $40 for the 5K and $25 for the FUN RUN. Packet pick up is scheduled on January 13 and January 15 at CUTX Event Center, 200 E Stacy Rd #1350, Allen, and on race day at The Grove, 190 E Stacy Rd. Anyone may pick up a packet and a maximum of five packets can be collected per person.
Each participant receives a custom race shirt and a finisher's medal. Age-group awards (top three in each group) are given as Allen Americans hats for these groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over. Overall male and female winners receive an Americans hockey jersey. A post-race party is planned at Kelly's at the Village and vendors will be present. The race director may delay, alter, shorten, or cancel the event for participant safety in the case of inclement weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
