State 47 Las Cruces Marathon

The State 47 Las Cruces Marathon, held in Las Cruces, New Mexico, is a scenic and fast USATF-certified race that serves as a Boston Marathon qualifier. Nestled at 3,900 feet, the course features beautiful views of pecan orchards, the Organ Mountains, and the Rio Grande River. The event includes a full marathon, half marathon, a 4.7-mile Celebration Run honoring New Mexico's statehood, and a kids' mini dash.

New for 2026 is a 2-person marathon relay. The race is popular, having sold out for the past three years, and attracts runners from across the U.S. and internationally.
