Steel City Human vs Horse - overview

Steel City Human vs Horse is a combined trail running and horseback endurance event at Hillman State Park, 255 Kramer Rd, Burgettstown (Joffre), Pennsylvania. The event is organized by the Pittsburgh Area Run and Ride Trail Association and is modeled after similar race formats in the UK and Arizona. Runners and riders start simultaneously to complete the same course and compare finish times. The equestrian competition is sanctioned by the American Endurance Ride Conference (AERC).
