Strokes, Spokes and Strides

Strokes, Spokes and Strides is a vibrant sprint distance triathlon held in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, designed to foster community spirit and inclusivity among athletes of all levels. Established in 2015 to celebrate the Waynesboro Area YMCA's centennial, the event features individual and relay triathlons, as well as Aquavelo and Duathlon options. Participants can enjoy a swim in the YMCA's pool, followed by scenic bike and run routes through the area's picturesque neighborhoods and farmland.
