About the race
Stronger Together is the fifth annual 1k/5k Walk-Run held at Aptos High School Track and Field in Aptos, California. This community fundraising event, organized by Monarch Services, marks Domestic Violence Awareness Month and supports survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking across Santa Cruz County. Participants can choose a 1k or 5k course, with family-friendly activities throughout the morning.
The event features music, food trucks, raffles, community resource tables, and team prizes, creating a festive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes wellness and solidarity. Proceeds benefit local organizations and ongoing services for those affected. The day also showcases teams and volunteers rallying around survivors.
