The Stumptown Trail Runs, held over Memorial Day weekend in Portland's Forest Park, feature a challenging 50K and a half marathon on scenic trails. Forest Park, a 5,200-acre urban forest with over 80 miles of trails, offers runners a chance to experience the iconic Wildwood Trail and lesser-known paths in the Tualatin Mountains. The 50K includes nearly 4,000 feet of elevation gain, while the half marathon features 1,800 feet of gain and loss, making both races demanding yet rewarding.
