Sunflower Trail Run

The Sunflower Trail Run, held annually in Buhler, Kansas, offers a unique running experience through over 20 acres of vibrant sunflower fields. Participants can choose from a 5K competitive division, a 5K non-competitive division, a 1-mile run/walk, or a virtual 5K option. The course follows dirt trails winding through the sunflower fields, providing scenic and immersive views.

Runners must stay on designated pathways, with uneven terrain and potential mud in wet conditions. All participants receive a finisher t-shirt, medal, and a free one-day admission to the Kansas Maze sunflower festival.
