SuperH 5K Run, Walk and Wheel

The SuperH 5K Run, Walk and Wheel is held at OneLife Fitness Tysons in McLean, Virginia, with a live 5K at 8250 Greensboro Dr. The event offers multiple ways to participate: 5K for general runners, a 5K for MedStar employees, Wheelchair 5K, Handcycle 5K, Recumbent Bike 5K, a Fun Run (untimed), and a Virtual 5K/Fun Run.
