The Suttle Lake Trailfest, held near Sisters, Oregon, is a scenic endurance running event featuring 24-hour, 12-hour, and 6-hour races on a 3.6-mile loop trail around Suttle Lake. The course offers a well-maintained, non-technical trail with a soft forest floor and gentle elevation gain of 110 feet per loop.
