The Sweet & Sour 5K/10K/15K takes place on March 15, 2026, in front of Eagle Theater, 5029 W. Broad St. NE, Sugar Hill, GA 30518. Distances offered include:

- Virtual 15K
The event uses chip timing and runs on the Sugar Hill Greenway. Participants receive shirts and finisher medals. Finish-line refreshments are planned: 5K finishers a sweet treat, 10K finishers a sour drink, and 15K finishers both. Awards are given to the Top 3 Overall male and female, Top 3 Masters (40+), Top 3 Grand Masters (50+), Top 3 Sr. Masters (60+), and Top 3 in each age group from 10 & under through 80+.
Registration and logistics
Registration is tiered by date. Preview (ends 09/30): 5K $25, 10K $30, 15K $35, virtual $25. Early Bird (ends 10/31): 5K $30, 10K $35, 15K $40, virtual $30. Regular (ends 03/07): 5K $35, 10K $40, 15K $45, virtual $35. Late (ends 03/14): 5K $37.50, 10K $42.50, 15K $47.50. Race day fees: 5K $40, 10K $45, 15K $50. Participants registered by March 5 are guaranteed race swag in their size; afterward, swag is while supplies last.
Packet pickup is held on race morning starting one hour before the race. A volunteer incentive offers a $50 Visa gift card when one volunteer recruits three others (age 13+), all volunteer for the event, and qualifications are met; the card is mailed afterward.
