Tamalpa Headlands 50K

The Tamalpa Headlands 50K is a challenging ultramarathon set in the stunning Marin County, California, featuring iconic trails such as Coastal, Miwok, and Dipsea. Established in 1998 and presented by the Tamalpa Runners, this single-loop race offers approximately 6,500 feet of elevation gain, combining fast fire road sections with steep climbs and technical trails. The event starts and finishes at Santos Meadow, near Muir Woods, and includes a post-race celebration.
