About the race
The Tavola Reindeer Run takes place at the Tavola Recreation Center, 23212 Via Principale, New Caney, Texas. The event offers a chip-timed 5K and a 1K Family Run/Walk, welcoming participants of all ages. The day emphasizes a festive atmosphere with an After Party featuring Santa pictures, hot beverages, treats, a rock wall, bounce house, and more.
Each runner receives a race t-shirt and a finisher medal, and there are cash prizes and awards for overall and age-group winners as well as a prize for the most festive costume.
