Logistics and race features
The 5k and 10k are chip timed by IAAP. Packet pick up is organized the day before at a local running store and on race day at the Dominion neighborhood entrance. Participants who pre-register at least five days before the event can receive their selected shirt size at packet pick up. Organizers planned medals for the first 500 pre-registered runners; medals beyond that number are not guaranteed. The event has a planned overall capacity of 800 runners. Virtual event registration closes on November 23, 2025. First-place finishers in each age group receive a full pie as an age-group award.
