Format and participant services
The event uses capped wave starts that are filled on a first-come, first-served basis; a virtual option and a wait list are available if waves are full. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used; participants may record times with personal apps and submit results for posting. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration; shirts are sent the week of the race. Participants receive a running t-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs.
