The Betsy Farris Memorial Biscuit Run is a road running event in Columbia, Missouri, held at Flat Branch Park. The race honors the legacy of Betsy Farris, a festival director who worked on the festival for nine years and who trained and mentored many people in fitness. The event is presented as part of the Biscuit Beats & Brews weekend and is linked with a free music festival called Biscuits, Beats, and Brews. All participants receive a race shirt, a finisher's medal, and post-race food including a biscuit and a breakfast burrito from local vendors.

Registration is available online through the race registration platform. Course maps are provided for each distance. Packet pick-up is scheduled at Tryathletics (1605 Chapel Hill Rd STE A, Columbia, MO) on the Thursday before the race and at Flat Branch Park on race morning. Downtown street and garage parking is free after 6 pm on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Race results and past race photos are posted online after the event.
