The Dam 5 Miler

The Dam 5 Miler is an annual running event held at the scenic Center Hill Recreation Area in Lancaster, Tennessee. Participants can choose to run or walk the 5-mile course, which features challenging inclines and beautiful views, including a stretch over Center Hill Dam and through Edgar Evins State Park. The event offers awards for top finishers in various categories, and all participants receive a finisher medal and a race t-shirt.
