About the race
The Endless Mile is a multi-day ultramarathon at Veteran’s Park in Alabaster, Alabama (7305 Highway 119). It offers 72-, 48-, 24-, 12-, and 6-hour options, plus a Marathon and a 50K, run on a USATF-certified loop of 1.00203 miles. The flat, asphalt, lighted course winds through woods and around lakes, with about 12–15 feet of elevation per lap.
Runners are chip-timed with HuTags and bib chips. A distinctive feature is directions reversed every 6 hours, with a timing-mat cone turning runners around. Solo finishers reaching 100 miles earn a buckle.
