The Great Waterville Marathon & Half is scheduled for August 9, 2026 in Waterville, Maine. The event is the inaugural running organized for the Thomas College area and includes multiple race distances.

Registration prices listed on the organizer page are $95 for the marathon, $75 for the half marathon, $55 for the 10K and $45 for the 5K. The marathon and half marathon entry fees increase after December 31, 2025. The organizer offered options for previously registered participants when the event date changed.
Course and location
The venue address is 180 West River Road, Waterville, ME 04901. The course begins at the Thomas College entrance sign on West River Road and follows a sequence of local roads including Drummond Road, Middle Road, Webb Road and Mitchell Road to a dead-end turnaround, then returns toward Thomas College via Webb Road and West River Road and onto Vining Drive. Half marathon participants finish at the Sukeforth Family Sports Center flag pole on the Thomas College campus. Marathon participants complete an additional loop around the campus and return to West River Road for their second loop; signage will direct marathon runners.
