The Great West Chase

The Great West Chase is an annual running event held in Tampa Bay, featuring a competitive 10k, 5k, and a Kids' Fun Run. Organized by WOW magazine since 2002, the event aims to support local elementary schools, with all net proceeds benefiting math and literacy programs. The race attracts over 1,300 participants each year and is USATF/RRTC certified.

The start and finish lines are located in the West Park Village Town Center, creating a vibrant atmosphere for runners, walkers, and families.
