The Grind 5K Run/Walk

The Grind 5K Run/Walk is a scenic rolling out-and-back road race held in Washington County, Indiana, about five miles south of Salem at historic Beck's Mill. The course features a challenging steep hill known as the "Grind" near the start. Participants enjoy the peaceful countryside and gain free access to Beck's Mill grounds, including tours of the restored 1808 grist mill, hiking trails, and a relaxing waterfall area.
