The Kirk-Wood Half Marathon
The Kirk-Wood Half Marathon is an inaugural point-to-point race held in Washington state, connecting Marina Park in Kirkland to Wilmot Gateway Park in Woodinville. The scenic course features stunning views of Lake Washington, a stretch along Lake Washington Blvd, the Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail, and the Sammamish River Trail. Runners face a single hill at mile 2, followed by a mostly flat route with a downhill boost between miles 8 and 10, ideal for personal records.
Participants receive a finisher medal, hot cider, and Pop-Tarts at the finish. Early registrants also get a full-zip hooded sweatshirt. A shuttle service and carpooling options are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
