The Labor Day Slay

The Labor Day Slay is a multi-distance running event held at Queeny Park in St. Louis, Missouri. Scheduled for August 30, 2025, it features a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and a 10K Ruck with 20 or 40-pound rucksacks.

Participants run, walk, jog, or ruck on shaded, rolling trails starting from the Smith Pavilion in Racers Village. The course is fully marked with aid stations every 3.25 miles. The event offers professional chip timing, free photos and videos, and a festive atmosphere with music and refreshments.

Finishers receive a large custom medal, a commemorative soft-spun T-shirt, and a Rockinator Racing backpack. Awards are given to top age group finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
