The Lucky Pumpkin 5K Run/Walk to benefit Ireland's Dream takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Davison, Michigan at Lake Callis (1152 N. Gale Road). The event offers the following options:

Registration is online only. Registration fees vary by date and range from $35 to $45. Virtual registration closes October 2, 2026. Family pricing applies: registering three or more people at the same time saves $5 per person.

Ireland's Dream is a 501(c)(3) that supports children and families living with cerebral palsy and is building a therapy center. The first 20 runners to finish may take home a pumpkin; one pumpkin contains a prize and the winner must be present to receive it. Finishers receive medals; age-group medals are awarded by male and female categories across multiple age brackets from 9 and under through 70+. The event partners again with Ainsley's Angels to provide pushers and chariots for participants with special needs; those participants must register separately with Ainsley's Angels and notify them for this race. Virtual participants can run or walk on their own course; medals and purchased shirts will be mailed, with shirt ordering available through September 23. Donations of $100 provide a free entry and $50 donations provide a $20 discount when applied during registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
