Course, entry and support
The course is a USATF certified 400-meter rubberized track at the Town Hall. The track has shade and lights for overnight running. Two porta-potties will be located near the track. A gymnasium with men's and women's restrooms, showers, and a kitchenette (fridge, coffee machine, microwave) will be available.
Aid station items include water, electrolyte drinks, sodas, PB&J, gummies, chips, bananas, and limited hot foods such as broth, soup, quesadillas, omelets, and coffee. Runners are responsible for any special dietary needs.
Race procedures and timing: direction of travel on the track will change every four hours. Runners may leave the track area but must remain inside the fence and return to the same place before continuing. Leaving and returning directly past the timing equipment to avoid lap counting is not permitted. An electronic display will show laps and distances. Results will include a 100-mile split (if reached) and full 24-hour totals; national and world record performances will be submitted for ratification within 10 calendar days.
