The River Run
The River Run is an annual fundraising running event held in Amherst, Wisconsin, benefiting the Jensen Community Center. Taking place at Central Waters Brewing Co., the event features a timed 5-mile course and an untimed 2-mile course, both starting and ending at the brewery. The 5-mile route winds through downtown Amherst and includes a limestone-chipped segment along the scenic Tomorrow River Trail.
The 2-mile course offers a shorter downtown tour crossing the Tomorrow River. Additionally, a Falcon Fun Run 1/2K is available for children ages 5-10. Participants receive a commemorative t-shirt and a can of River Run beer, with options to purchase special brews.
