The Shippey Endurance Runs
Shippey Endurance Runs is STL’s original 100-mile trail ultramarathon held at Beaumont Scout Reservation near High Ridge, Missouri, during midwest winter. It offers 100 miles, 100K, a Night 40-mile, and 20-mile distances, plus a 100-mile relay. The course features a five-leg loop of about 20 miles, with legs of 3.2–5.3 miles; direction alternates each year (clockwise on odd years, counterclockwise on even).
Runners enjoy two indoor aid stations, on-site indoor camping near the Start-Finish, drop bags, and nearby lodging options. Pacers allowed after 40 miles; cupless and Trail Sisters Approved. The route traverses rolling wooded hills and creek bottoms on private trails, with indoor facilities for crews. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
