Event
Three Days of Syllamo is a three-day ultrarunning stage event held at Blanchard Springs Recreation Area in Fifty-Six, AR. The event is run almost entirely on singletrack trail and uses sections of the Sylamore, Syllamo, and Ozark Highlands Trails plus the Jack’s Branch Loop. Courses change every year. Runners may enter one, two, or all three days. Distances:

- 20 km The combined distance is about 94 miles. Terrain is rugged singletrack with rocky sections, climbs and descents, dense forest, and multiple creek crossings. Average elevation gain is typically between 130 and 175 feet per mile. High and low points are approximately 1,400 ft and 300 ft above sea level.
Logistics
Aid stations are spaced about 4 to 9 miles apart and provide hydration (electrolyte mix, ginger ale, Coca-Cola, water), sports nutrition, and solid foods; aid stations do not provide cups. Basic first aid is available at aid stations; over-the-counter pain relievers are not supplied. Pacers are allowed only on the 50-mile day, with no more than one pacer at a time. Cutoffs are enforced at aid stations; time limits are set for each day (Day 1: 10 hours, Day 2: 14 hours, Day 3: 6 hours).
Packet pickup is available the day before at the Blanchard Springs pavilion or on race days at specified windows. Camping is available on site with primitive group sites reserved by the race and individual sites first-come; sites have water and restrooms but no electric. Entry options include a stage entry fee or separate per-day fees; stage entries and total entries are capped.
