Tough Mudder - Twin Cities

Tough Mudder Twin Cities takes place just under an hour from downtown Minneapolis at Wild Wings of Oneka in Hugo, MN. The weekend event offers 5K and 15K routes on Saturday and Sunday, featuring 12+ obstacles on each course and more than 20 obstacles overall. Expect tree-lined trails through woods, with scenic—though muddy—views and challenging obstacles like Pyramid Scheme, Cry Baby, and Funky Monkey.

Participants earn finisher medals, a finisher shirt, an orange headband, and a free post-race beer or seltzer.
