The Tree of Life 10K, 5K and Pioneer 1 Mile Race is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2026 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The event takes place at the 1st Day of Chancellorsville Battlefield, 6133-6161 Germanna Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. The race program includes these distances:

Course and additional details
The course uses gravel and dirt surfaces with rolling hills and a loop trail around the battlefield. The 10K combines trail and pavement and includes an out-and-back section in the Chancellorsville Crossing subdivision that includes a large hill. The 5K stays on trail and turns around near the cemetery. Kid's races follow a shorter loop to match their distances. Walkers and strollers are welcome. The 5K is part of the FARC Grand Prix Series in 2026 and is listed as a certified course. A portion of event proceeds will go to the local VFW Post 3103.
