Trestle Hustle

The Trestle Hustle is an annual running and multisport event organized by the Boone County Hospital Foundation, held in Madrid, Iowa. The 2025 event features in-person and virtual options, welcoming participants aged 14 and over. Participants can choose from a duathlon (2-mile run, 14-mile bike, 2-mile run), a 5K, or a 10K run, with the 10K crossing the scenic High Trestle Trail Bridge.

The event emphasizes community, health, and endurance, with chip-timed races, age group awards, and finisher medals. Virtual participants can complete races anytime between June 20-22.
