Trestle Hustle
The Trestle Hustle is an annual sporting event hosted by the Boone County Hospital Foundation, held on the scenic High Trestle Trail in Madrid, Iowa. The 16th edition takes place on June 21, 2025, offering multiple race options for participants aged 14 and over. Events include a duathlon (2-mile run, 14-mile bike ride, 2-mile run), 5K and 10K runs, with the 10K uniquely crossing the iconic High Trestle Trail Bridge.
Both in-person and virtual participation options are available, accommodating all abilities. The event features chip timing, age group awards, finisher medals, and provides grab-and-go refreshments.
