TTCAD Activate 5K
The TTCAD ACTIVATE 5K is a community running event held in Newark, Delaware, at Glasgow Park. Participants can run, walk, or chip down the 5-kilometer course, promoting physical activity for health benefits such as improved brain health, weight management, and disease risk reduction. The event supports the Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware (TTCAD), a nonprofit focused on youth development and cultural preservation.
