Tucson Marathon
The Tucson Marathon, held annually in Arizona, offers a scenic and fast net downhill course along the Santa Catalina Mountains foothills. The event features multiple distances: a 50K ultra, full marathon, half marathon, and a four-person marathon relay. The marathon, starting at Biosphere 2 near Oracle, passes through Catalina and Oro Valley before finishing at Pima Community College Northwest Campus.
The half marathon begins at Golder Ranch Fire Administration in Catalina and joins the marathon route along The Loop bike path to the finish. All courses are USATF certified and serve as Boston Marathon qualifiers. The race is known for beautiful winter weather, well-supported aid stations, and a vibrant community atmosphere.
