Event overview
The TurCreek Trot 5K is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Village Greens Park, 9501 E Union Ave, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The event distance is 5K. Proceeds benefit the Cherry Creek XC team. The listed registration price is $33.05, inclusive of a $3.05 fee. Registration closes on November 27, 2025. Early bird pricing is available for registrations completed by November 1, and registrations made by November 10 are guaranteed a t-shirt.
Race-day information
The race will use a staggered start for runners, walkers, and strollers. Children being pushed in strollers do not need to be registered; children walking or running must register to receive a bib. Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or unopened personal hygiene product for the Cherry Creek School District donation drive. Registration includes one coffee or hot chocolate from Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck. Packet pick-up is available the day before at Village Greens Park. Parking is available at Village Greens Park and across the street at the East building of Cherry Creek High School. Village Greens Park has two permanent bathrooms. Post-race bagels and snacks will be provided by MileHiFoods. Awards will be pies from Granny Scott's Pie Shop for winners in each listed category: Overall Male/Female, Under 16 Male/Female, 16-25 Male/Female, 26-40 Male/Female, 41-55 Male/Female, and 55 and better Male/Female.
