Turkey Trot Detroit

The Strategic Staffing Solutions Turkey Trot in Detroit is a festive Thanksgiving Day running event with a 10K, 5K, and a family-friendly 1-mile race called the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Mashed Potato Mile. Held for over 40 years, it is known as “The Parade before The Parade,” attracting thousands of participants who often dress in costumes.
