Event overview
The Turkey Trot Tune Up and Kid's Turkey Dash take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Portland, ME (449 Forest Ave Suite 208, 04103). The main run follows a route around Back Cove covering 3.5 mi. The Kid's Turkey Dash is a 100 m race for children aged 2 to 9. Strollers and dogs on leash are allowed; participants who use them are asked to start at the back of the pack for safety. Top three finishers in male, female, and non-binary categories receive their choice of Starting Line Gear. As part of the anniversary month, 50% of proceeds will be donated to WinterKids.
Registration and extras
The Turkey Trot Tune Up event has an entry fee of $35 and the Kid's Turkey Dash is free. Registration for the main event closes on November 16, 2025; registration for the Kid's Turkey Dash closes on November 15, 2025. Registered participants receive a free group class card and $25 off a physical therapy evaluation. A post-race pancake breakfast is planned as part of the anniversary celebration, and participants may have the option to make an additional donation to WinterKids.
