Urban Bourbon Half Marathon
The Urban Bourbon Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile race held in Louisville, Kentucky, celebrating 200 years of local distilling history. The course starts and finishes downtown, winding through scenic fall foliage in Cherokee Park. Open to participants aged 21 and older, the event also features a new Urban Bourbon 5K, a shorter race option.
All runners receive a long-sleeved shirt and a bourbon-themed medal. Post-race festivities include the Urban Bourbon Bash with live music, bourbon samples, beer, pizza, and soup. Walkers are welcome but must maintain an 18-minute mile pace as the course closes midday.
The event combines running with Louisville’s bourbon culture for a unique experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
