Vermont 100 Endurance Race
The Vermont 100 Endurance Race, held annually in July in Vermont, is one of America's oldest 100-mile ultramarathons and part of the Grand Slam of Ultrarunning. The race features a challenging course with 17,000 feet of elevation gain, winding through country roads, forested trails, and scenic views of the southern Green Mountains. It uniquely includes a concurrent horse race alongside the 100-mile and 100-kilometer foot races.
The event attracts endurance athletes worldwide, offering a supportive atmosphere with well-marked trails and aid stations. All proceeds benefit Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sport, supporting sports opportunities for people with disabilities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
