Veterans Day 5K Beach Run

Veterans Day 5K Beach Run/1 Mile Beach Walk takes place on Saint Simons Island, Georgia, along the beautiful shoreline, at Massengale Park (1350 Ocean Blvd). The event offers a 5K beach run and a 1-mile beach walk (with additional Kids Beach Run/Walk on the day). It invites families to honor U.S.

veterans and support their journey home, with proceeds benefitting Fairways for Freedom in partnership with SSI VFW Post 4092. All entries include a T-shirt and a finisher medal. 100% of fees and donations go directly to local programs helping combat-injured veterans reconnect and rebuild, including holistic golf-based approaches.
